How to File a Claim

  1. Go to My Orders and select the order you’d like to file a claim for.
  2. Click File a Claim and complete the form.

You can expect a response within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Once your claim is approved, your replacement order will ship within 24 hours.

No, AMC Essentials does not provide advice on how to utilize research products. Our catalog is exclusively intended for research purposes only. Any inquiries or communications about using our products for human consumption will result in an immediate refund of the order. Furthermore, emails that reference non-research use will not be addressed or answered.
