Shipping Information

Shipping Timeframe:

Shipping Policy: Orders ship Monday-Saturday within 24-48 hours of payment. Any orders processed after 12pm EST on Saturday ship on Monday. 

Order Processing: 

Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email.

After your order has processed and labeled to ship, your order status will move from “processing” to “completed” and you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number from cs@amc-essentials.com. 

(please make sure you check your spam for our emails).

We do not ship internationally.

New York Shipping Addresses

We offer Free shipping to all orders with New York shipping addresses. Please choose this option on the checkout page.

Shipping Options:

FedEx Delivery, generally takes 2-3 business days – $12
FedEx Delivery + Signature – $20

Late or Undelivered Package

If tracking shows lost in transit, we will review on case by case basis and advise next steps based on carrier status and whether Certified Package Protection was selected at checkout.

Delivered – Lost or Stolen Package

WITH AMC Package Protection
Please file a claim to reship your package. To do so, go to Your Orders, select the order, and click “File a Claim.”

WITHOUT AMC Package Protection
Once a package is marked as delivered by FedEx and a delivery photo is provided, the carrier considers the shipment complete. Unfortunately, in these cases AMC Essentials is unable to file a claim or reship the order. If you cannot locate the package, we recommend contacting FedEx directly so they can review the delivery with the driver.

For added protection, we offer AMC Package Protection which covers lost, stolen or missing packages. We strongly recommend utilizing this service if you are concerned about delivery security.
